A Quiet Moment, Just for Them

After the excitement of the ceremony and the celebrations with family and friends, we stole a few quiet moments away together. These are often my favourite moments of the entire wedding day—not because I ask couples to pose, but because I invite them simply to slow down and enjoy being together.

I encourage every couple to forget the camera, hold hands, talk to one another, laugh, whisper something only they can hear or simply stand together for a moment. At first there can be a little shyness, but it quickly disappears as they become completely immersed in each other, allowing genuine emotions to take over.

With Ashley and Bethany, everything felt effortless. Their love spoke for itself, and my role was simply to observe quietly and preserve those authentic moments as they naturally unfolded. The result is a collection of elegant, timeless portraits that reflect not only how they looked on their wedding day, but how they truly felt.
